Thanos was a Los Angeles based leather craftsman.
The Thanos Eternal 3” Guitar Strap is decorated with a geometric design made with a device acquired from the late Joel Thanos tool set.
I found an ad for a leather working machine online.
I went to purchase the machine only to find out that The Thanos equipment inventory was being liquidated after Thanos's untimely passing.
I found an interesting tool with a geometric pattern punch in it.
This strap is made by using this tool from Thanos.
I dedicate this design to the memory of an old world craftsman. A man who obviously spent a majority of his life focused on the craft I serve.
May Joel Thanos rest in eternal peace.
